The Community Resource Center of East Liverpool, Ohio is a non-profit group that
assists the community with various services to help economically disadvantaged people
in the Tri-State area. We provide senior and youth enrichment programs to help meet basic daily needs, helping others to overcome obstacles that may prevent personal, professional,
and educational success, as well as conducting recreational and individual enrichment activities. The Community Resource Center has been serving the people of
the Tri-State area for over 42 years.
