East Liverpool High School Graduates may request a transcript by calling the guidance secretary @ 330-386-8750 ext. 5844.
A 24 hr notice is needed to have transcripts prepared.

Graduates may receive a copy of his/her transcript for their personal records.

A transcript will only be deemed "official" when it is signed, sealed, and sent directly to a college/university or place of employment.
